Please read this statement:
This application essentially is an emailed instruction from you to us, which indicates your chosen investment, how much you wish to invest and the funds you would like the money invested.
Once we receive the instruction, we will start processing an application onto the Heritage Wealth Management investment platform which is administered by Standard Life.
We ask that you complete all of the data capture boxes that are relevant to you. At this stage it is not mandatory to supply us with your bank details. We shall request this at the next stage.
You are able to pay for the investment contribution by cheque made payable to 'Standard Life' or once the bank details have been set-up, instruct us the debit your account so the money is placed onto Heritage Wealth Management and invested according to your application. Heritage does not handle client investment money.
If you do miss one or more of the data capture boxes, we will contact you so that you are able to provide this over the telephone, by post or email. This will effectively extend the application process.
Step 1 - Complete the application form and submit to us
Step 2 - Once we receive the emailed instruction, we will start the application process on Heritage Wealth Management
Step 3 - We will contact you regarding your bank details that will be kept confidential at all times. The bank details will be entered onto Heritage Wealth Management and used to pay any income to you; or on receipt of your instruction, debit the contribution and or pay our fee.
Step 4 - Once your application has been fully entered onto Heritage Wealth Management, we will send you our terms & conditions for you to read. You will only need to send back to final page with your signature on it.
Step 5 - Once we are in receipt of the signed terms & conditions, we will activate your application. This will be confirmed by Standard Life in writing a few days later. You will have 14 days to change your mind
