Reregistration Application

To reregister a PEP, ISA, OEIC or Unit Trust you will need to either click on the 'Online Reregistration' link in the Quick Links bar to the right or download the appropriate application form(s). To view the links you will need to enable pop-ups for this page. For every company that you are reregistering from, you will need to fill in a Letter of Authority. Simply download the letter from the link and print out as many copies as you require.

If you hold your Unit Trust or OEIC in joint names then you will need to fill in the auxilliary Joint Holders application form. Again, the link is in the Quick Links bar to the right. If you have any problems give us a call on 01983 527111 and we will be more than happy to help you through.

  1. Download and print the ISA/PEP application form from the Quick Links box.
  2. Find the account number for each ISA or PEP you'd like to re-register.
  3. Complete the application form.
  4. Download, print and fill in a letter of authority for each investment company from which you would like to re-register ISAs or PEPs.
  5. Send your completed application form and letter(s) of authority to us at the address shown on the form.

How do I re-register funds not held in an ISA or PEP?

Simply download, print and complete the OEIC/UT forms from the quick links box on the right, including the auxilliary application form if your investment is held in joint names. The rest of the process is the same as described above.

How long does it take?

The process can take up to eight weeks to complete - but remember that unlike a transfer your funds are not 'out of the market' for re-registration.

How do I know when my funds have been re-registered?

Fidelity FundsNetwork will send you a confirmation letter when your funds have been re-registered.
